Time off is good 25 days plus 10 sick days.

Cons

They will promote the same people over and over and over, while regular people with no connections or that are not full time networking receiving 2% (not even making up for inflation). VPs promoted themselves every 6 months into Senior, More Senior, Super senior VP. It’s absurd.
