      Pros

      Tools built by current and former engineers are excellent You can contribute while the CEO is busy being a professor at university

      Cons

      The CEO will pop up and steamroll anything that is not done his way, chase around any engineers who are left, then go back to teaching at University so no feedback can ever reach him.
