Business Outlook
Pros
Well-organized system to onboard new advisors, great partnerships with travel suppliers, fun community and low cost to join. There are many opportunities to train and attend conferences.
Cons
Over time, the focus has moved to growing the number of advisors and this has diluted the brand, in my opinion. I wish they had stayed smaller and kept the focus on recruiting the right kind of people to become advisors rather than anyone who would pay the membership. Unless you are willing to hustle like crazy or have a major network of high net worth potential clients, this is a part time job.
