      Relaxed environment, little oversight as long as you get your work done, competitive pay, lots of time off, lunches provided, good schedule, flexibility with childcare, good benefits

      Cons

      No job is perfect. So far nearing a year in, very few complaints and when there are complaints, they are addressed.

      Pros

      The students you get to help are phenomenal.

      Cons

      No support from “leadership.” Lots of gossip & favoritism in the office politics. Retaliation, discrimination, wrongful termination, & high turnover rates. The list goes on.
