      Pros

      Since Formation is a small company I have a lot of autonomy to make decisions and lead initiatives. My voice matters here. And my contributions are immediate and impactful. My boss is AWESOME. The culture is great, the people smart and clever. Plus its cool to work on tech that is totally disruptive. Plus they're giving away goats to poor people!! I love working at a company that has a conscious.

      Cons

      Hmmm....let me think....pizza every Friday is getting old. I'm hoping they change that up.

      Pros

      The only storage company I know of working on "modern" stuff. Not focused on boring legacy stuff (SAN, LUN, blah, blah...)

      Cons

      Still a small startup so set expectations accordingly.
