      FPG has a culture centered around personal growth and team collaboration. The leadership listens to employees and everyone has a voice.

      Work can be demanding. When you work with the best, you have to be the best.

      Pros

      The ability to make quick decisions and pivot to get things done.

      Cons

      The complete hypocrisy of the company culture. Having the CEO married to the President ensures there’s no path to resolution. And no trust. Which is ironic, since trust is one of the company’s “core values”.
