Pros
Strong management team focused on all the right things. Employees really care about each other. It's not going to be an easy year, but we will get through it!
Cons
Lots of M&A activity and still a lot of integration work to be done.

Cons
Realistically speaking, in general due to Covid-19 all companies suffered, salaries were cut, however not a cons reply but a Pros, salaries were covered back after company got on its feet which shows what type of loyalty it has with its employees.

Flexible work-life balance… if you’re lucky
Jun 2, 2023 - Anonymous Employee in Irvine, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Remote work, great clients, solid products, job security depending on where you are in the organization. Senior management is accessible and supportive.
Cons
Flexibility, work-life balance, and general atmosphere depends on where you are in the organization. A couple of nightmarish middle managers means some teams are relaxed and well supported and others are living under constant scrutiny and toxicity. I would recommend the organization as a whole but would not recommend my role or line of business. I’m burnt out. Not much opportunity for advancement and pay is not competitive. Multiple mergers and acquisitions have lead to lost brand recognition and caused organizational pain points. Very long hours at times but that’s normal for the industry.

Good people to work with.
Cons
Company has gone through 3 mergers in less than a year. This has caused a lot of lay offs, which unfortunately included my role.

Not the best lately, used to be pretty good

Ability to work remote, flexible schedule depending on your manager, good benefits.
Cons
Management only gives attention to give negative review. Not parent friendly. No loyalty, would rather keep under qualified individuals because they don't have kids.

3 mergers in 18 months
Feb 17, 2022 - Business Development Director in New York, NYRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Strong data collection and reporting software Awesome tech stack available to sales reps Competitive pay and benefits
Cons
Your job is only as good as your manager and there are some real pieces of work in the sales org. The company has gone through three mergers in the past 18 months and this has resulted in layoffs, confusion and lack of direction. Broken marketing and lead gen system (zero inbound leads, no one knows the company name). Totally revamping the marketing process during 2022 so maybe that will work out although not sure how having an SDR team in Europe calling into the US is going to work. CEO is charismatic and talks the talk (ex-sales guy), clearly successful when it comes to selling the company over and over. Other newly appointed execs seem to be out of their element, highly intelligent but lack people skills which is kind of all you need at that level.
