Good pay Good management Great support Very understanding of staff when it comes to working in the addiction field. They follow ethical standards even when it hurts their bottom line.
Cons
The only downside can be a difficult client but that is in no way the company's fault and they do a better job then most in handling it. Also they don't have a company dog/cat on site which is something they need to improve on
