The owners and employees were nice and motivated. They were flexible with scheduling. However, there was no clear cut job duties for me.

Given menial tasks for a lab tech that were demeaning to my value and experience- vacuuming, doing mostly data entry, and not being taught the laboratory operations and analytical techniques.
