They hired new HR and they are the worst you could ever ask for. They have ill relationships with everyone in the office, very arrogant, publicly humiliate people. They are still young but treat the people in the office as if they’ve been there for 10 years. Unnecessary hierarchy. Unnecessary behaviour. Unreasonable new implemented rules and regulations. They are nothing like the previous HR. The previous HR were the best, very understanding, respectful and warm. New HR are RUBBISH. Yall are literally just HR, not even CEOs. Don’t ever think you’re better than everyone else.
