      Pros

      fun working environment. even more if you are a male, since 90% of the company is run by men. Great events and athletes come into the office. brand is a little "watered down" but still exciting.

      Cons

      It's gone completely downhill since revelyst bought us. doesn't feel the same and its only a matter of time before we are like the other socal brands in bankrupucy.
