Leadership is incredibly out of touch Let over half the company go with 0 notice and gave bare minimum severance after months of reassurance that economic downturn would “actually benefit” and not hurt the company

Pros
Have exceptional colleagues who contribute positively to the work environment. A valuable opportunity to gain insights into the inner workings of a venture capital firm and understand how it operates.
Cons
There is a lack of strong leadership visible within our organization, resulting in a significant exodus of employees both currently leaving and considering leaving within the next six months. Our portfolio companies and founders hold a negative perception of our work, and our reputation in the capital markets is far from favorable. There has been some negative media coverage against us which only made the position worst.
