I just started with Freebalance less than one month ago. All promises I got during the interview process are all real and happening. From the first minute of interacting with Freebalance until now, it is just a great experience. The job is probably the most interesting job I ever got in my career. I have been in great big-name companies with great benefits with great success. But no one could beat the benefits with Freebalance. When you start on day one. You discover the company culture and one key point is Kindness. I can guaranty that every Freebalance colleagues are always kind and it takes you in the same kind of mood to bring the best for the company. Knowing that you work for the wellbeing of the country's citizen of the world, it gives you an incredible motivation and great feeling by doing your job. I definitely recommend applying for a position with Freebalance when available.

Ok, you are 12 hours shifted from Headquarters, flat hierarchy, inoperative PM, they have jobs in exciting locations (East Timor, Mongolia, Liberia, Uganda, Palestina, Irak, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan). The last item is not ironic: they are really interesting places, and you will learn a lot of how to work in these type of situations (unless you are working already)
