Pros

Incredible income potential for those willing to put in the effort. I came in with zero experience and zero understanding of the personal development industry. With access to the programming as well as coaching (and at times tough love) from exec level folks in the company, became #1 producer in my first year. Amazing amount of encouragement and support from others in the company as well. As mine is a 1099 position, I have lots of opportunities for tax credits/writeoffs, etc.

Cons

There is an ebb and flow to income and it is based on results. This is not a job for those comfortable with a job where you get a salary and benefits just for showing up. Agree with some reviewers in that I made less my second year. However this is mainly due to the fact that I worked less. This is a 1099 position so there are no included benefits. That being said, income potential more than covers that expense.

Pros

If you are serious about your own personal development and are passionate about sharing that with others, this is an amazing company to work with. It's challenging, interesting and forcing me to keep growing. The people that I work with are many of my closest friends.

Cons

It's hard. Growth is hard. Inspiring others to grow is even harder at times. There is no where to hide in this company. If you aren't growing you won't make it.

Pros

If you want to learn how to be a professional speaker, this is a great place to do it. Besides great platform skills, I've learned how to build a profitable speaking and coaching practice. You get to be completely in charge of how busy you are, and how much money you make. Also, this company is continuing to evolve and grow its offerings nationally as well as regionally, so it provides the opportunity to either travel across the country or work in one area and build a long term client base- or in my case, both. I've received terrific mentoring and coaching from the best minds in the personal development industry

Cons

If you're not effective, you will definitely struggle financially. When there is no ceiling on income, often there is also no floor. This is the case at Freedom Personal Development. It works well for some, not so well for others. Also, it can be easy to feel isolated. This company is not for everyone- it's challenging for sure.
