Revolving door of unhappy support staff

Pros

Nice offices and perks (soft drinks & coffee), occasional free lunch. Great support staff.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations from management without putting any emphasis on training. Promotes culture of fear and blame where employees are afraid to ask questions- I've had a peer procrastinate for hours on a number of tasks for fear of asking the supervisor for help. Out of date IT systems which further slow down efficiency.

Helpful and friendly support staff, engaging Attorneys, good projects, decent benefits, PTO, good location, staff events, casual Friday’s, stocked fridge.

Cons

Where do I begin; incompetent management, even worse HR, worst yet, Prehistoric IT systems. IT management just hides and has no clue as to what’s happening around them. Management only there to collect a pay check, nothing else, if they were competent, they would at least help out or at the very least do what they are getting paid for instead of passing off their responsibilities to lower ranks who are over worked as it is.

Management is horrendous. Associates are getting "Covid bonuses" in addition to their regular year end bonuses while support staff was told they would not even get a raise this year. The fish rots from the head.
