Small company with great communication between roles Lots of internal promotions Everyone is friendly, up to and including management I've never heard the GM say anything negative, even when delivering bad news Nobody acts above anyone else, instead showing respect all around

Typical cons of MSP life, but nothing worse than anywhere else Rapid changes in technical staff promotions and hiring are a bit hard to keep up with
