Minimal pay, lack of management. On-site at each camp, there are zero full-time workers. We were all students, even the lead tutors were just working for them the first time.

- Not given much trust - Management want you to message immediately when there is the slightest issue, which can be difficult to juggle while being present in the lesson for your students. - Once you have picked your lesson days/times you are locked into that for a year and can't request time off. Completely understandable why, to maintain quality but something to consider.
