Local Family owned and operated Established since 1960s (NH) & early 2000s (ME) Ownership is present and involved Small Want you to feel involved

Cons

Pay (salaries and hourly is low) Not as organized as it could be Some policies and practices could be improved Communication Need to build more of a team Not always healthy work environment (need to hold people more accountable for their behavior and actions, etc) Clarity - especially about pay (job descriptions transparency; hiring conversations) Ensure better follo thru with customers Accountability of salespeople

Pros

I don't really have a lot to say. Generally everything ran well. The owners were a great asset to each salesperson. And it even ran as a team.

Cons

As it was a commission based sales job money's were relative to the number of prospects and number of closings made.
