      Pros

      Excellent Benefits , Competitive Pay , Family Friendly company with a mixture of Family and Singles events. Company makes solid effort to push solid work life balance.

      Cons

      Company is making strong push to grow. Which leads me to believe they are looking to be bought or stop being a small company. They are adding more overhead and non billable employees to front office.

      Great communication during the COVID Pandemic. Really worked to make it as stress free as possible on the employees.

      Sometimes administrative things fall thru the cracks.
