      Fusha has a steady clientele base with plenty of growth opportunities for self-driven talent. Wonderful growth exists for individuals in management that thrive with the chance to bring their own ideas to use.

      Cons

      Working in management for Fusha, the discomfort of letting some employees go can be a downside of leadership positions. Taking away an income from an employee is always uneasy no matter what financial climate one is in.
