-exciting start up environment -autonomy and trust by leadership -excellent product -great team -niche market with pediatric therapy with a demonstated value for therapists - ** my stars would be all 5 if Fusion was still an independent company
Cons
the only reason I left the organization is because of the sales leadership at the parent organization. they changed the culture of the sales team and the commission structure to a very old-school system that is not feasible for the SaaS industry. reduced the value of the product by pushing to sell services and features that were not yet ready or realistic.
