1. Supportive Director (Personally) As a person, the director is very good. You can learn many things professionally from him. Opportunity for skill development through direct exposure. 2. Learning Opportunities Since there is no strict system, you may get hands-on experience in different areas. Scope to learn by managing situations independently. 3. Work Exposure Working closely with higher management can help in understanding business operations.

1.Poor Work Culture -No proper system or structured processes. -Work culture is almost zero. 2. Partiality & Ego Issues -Favoritism in higher management. -Decisions sometimes influenced by personal ego. 3.Unprofessional Environment (at Higher Level) -Professional behavior from leadership is not consistent. 4. Weak HR Department -HR avoids responsibility. -Lack of employee support. -HR not responsive to staff concerns. 5. Transport Issues -Staff bus frequently not working. -Long repair periods (15–20 days in 5–6 months). 6.Lack of Proper System & Policies -No structured processes. -No clear accountability system.
