Benefits that slightly better than the average in industry.
Cons
Lack of good business strategy and leadership at the top - which translate into a lot of business & operational issues: staff retention, morale, job & duties alignment, expectation, pay gap, unfair payroll practices ... and a lot more. A lot of firefighting to resolve issue for short-term without practical long-term strategic move and at the expense of company's potential future growth. Old culture which doesn't promote 365 upward feedback & appraisal. A person who seeks to thrive for career development should consider carefully before joining the company.
