    Pros

    Good benefits (medical insurance, 401k).

    Cons

    No advancement opportunities, difficulties to obtain approvals for sick/vacation time.

    Pros

    You work with people who care and for a great mission. Flexibility. Great family first work place.

    Cons

    As with most non-profits, there is more work to do and not enough money or people to do it with. Upper management struggles with effective project and change management.

    Advice to Management

    Spend time and resources developing and resourcing your employees.

    Pros

    The doctors are great. They have a good benefits package and no weekends.

    Cons

    Head Technician is unprofessional and treats employees needs based on how well she likes that particular person

    find a new manager

    I have been working at GCM full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    It provide me greater opportunity for advancement specially when you are in the sales team, you will received commissions and incentives if you hit the quota aside from your monthly salary.

    Cons

    Only few are absorb almost the employees are under manpower agency, Because the owners are hands on to have to deal with them directly specially if you are in a supervisory position,
