Business Outlook
Pros
Very little bureaucracy (five people total in the company when I worked here, but one of them was an owner who actually worked at another company he also started), a lot of schedule flexibility, light workload most of the time, good people to work for, and they are looking for someone to buy into the company so you could become an owner.
Cons
A lot of travel is required during the spring and fall, lower-than-average salary and benefits, work relationships can be trying at times as it is such a small place.
