      Liars, backbiters, ashiest, non-supportive, no structure, threats, intimidation. No career path at all. Very ugly place to work.

      Very dedicated and knowledgeable middle management staff

      Cons

      Did not want to commit any effort and/or time to retain long term employees and were very slow to realize that culture was not good and there were key personnel leaving due to lack of support and performance reviews along with pay increases
