    I worked at Gen110 part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

great environment, supportive coworkers, self driven, funny stories, important work

    Cons

risk of awkward/hostile interactions, exhausting to communicate patiently with everyone, bonus dependent not just on your work but also on the house's eligibility which is not entirely within your control

    Advice to Management

continue to foster that positive team environment

    Pros

The job responsibilities provided a new challenge every day. The dress code was relaxed. There was freedom to manage your schedule as you saw fit.

    Cons

Product is not easily distinguishable from competitors making the sales positions increasingly challenging by the day. Price point was higher than competition.

I worked at Gen110 (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great people, really fun work environment, do a good job training and preparing you for the work. Decent hourly wage, so you don't have to worry too much about bonuses/commission. Lots of opportunity to move up, I saw lots of people get promoted from the canvassing team into more professional roles

    Cons

Door to door canvassing is a seriously rough job, doesn't matter how good the company is. Bonuses are hard to get. Hours are unusual (2-10pm ish), so the job is best suited to the young and single.

    Advice to Management

Be a little more transparent about how difficult the bonuses are to get. Other than that, this is a very well run operation.

    I worked at Gen110 full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Sales manager fairly hands-off, supportive team members, not too competitive

    Cons

Not enough work for sales team, sometimes had to work bad hours, bonuses were hard to reach, very little training

    Advice to Management

Invest more in sales team and train employees more - there's only so much you can do with a limited number of leads.

I have been working at Gen110 full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    1. The work culture (motivated individuals who continue making an impact in the solar industry, yet fun and humble to be around.)

    2. Opportunity to advance (based on performance and work ethic)

    3. Pay structure

    4. Surrounded by Leaders! (Everyone here shares certain characteristics - ambitious, social, energetic, career/goal-oriented)

    Cons

    1. Despite the flow of the business-cycle, you are still expected to perform and meet certain metrics. Though it may be a con, it pushes your work-ethic and lets you be creative in order to meet the required metrics. Its the nature of the game.

    Advice to Management

Keep on bringing these amazing solar pioneers I get to work with everyday! We are making a change with the pool of talent we got here.

I have been working at Gen110 part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good starting Salary with opportunity to make a lot in bonuses.
Great team that has worked hard to stay in the team.
    Excellent training and management.
The highest paying part time opportunity I've come across.
    Very reasonable schedules.
     Promote from within.

    Cons

If you are a person that is used to collecting checks, doing as little as possible or just enough...working here is not right for you. Everyone in the team is expected to perform at a certain level. And if you don't meet that level at a calculated and generous amount of time you will be encouraged to find another path.

Work on the weekends. This is more of a personal thing that I'm working to improve. I'm not used to waking up in Saturday mornings.

Unfortunately, there are only part time positions for my job title so I don't take advantage of the full time benefits that the company also offers.

    Advice to Management

I know it's tough finding people that would want to do this job. However, I'd like to see the company recruit more team members that have the strength to stick around.
