GB offers a flexible schedule with many perks including cell phone stipend and wellness stipend
Cons
GB lacks the ability to make informed decisions and this is felt by the majority of people working there. Priorities shift constantly to the "next big thing" so there is never linear progress in one direction. There is general frustration amongst employees about how decisions are made since it's often affecting people that have no say in the decision. The organization (or lack thereof) is the biggest downfall of this company.
