Pros
The only reason I am filling the pro section out is because they are making me put something. Genesis will give you hours if you ask for them. That is the only positive. The rate of pay requires you to work an insane amount of hours just to get an even half way decent check.
Cons
Pretty much everything! The pay is absolutely terrible, the schedule is always changing at the last minute, company leadership is completely incompetent, and most of the guards working here are complete idiots that I wouldn't trust with a squirt gun.
