      Pros

      The founders and leaders of the organisation were visionaries with a focus on building teams and a culture that everyone enjoyed working in.

      Cons

      The transition to Grant Thornton was difficult and we pushed for scale to early which put too much pressure on the teams to deliver before operational efficiencies had been created.

      Good Overall Idea they have been taken over by Grant Thornton, calling themselves G Office, however let's hope they manage the idea better then Webhelp & Geniac Did.

      Cons

      High employee turnover lots temps, Poor management no discipline no structures no training, no employee respect. over 8 Finance staff left during my 8 months absolutely ridiculous Management lookout for themselves no employee support
