Pros

Senior management are all great guys. I've personally received loads of great coaching from both Bob and Jeff (CEOs) on multiple occasions. The structure of the company is geared towards people that want to be their own boss, not work to make someone else a fortune! I'm now one of those people that annoys their friends by saying that self-employed is the way to go! Haha This is the only company I've worked for where sales representatives promote themselves. Earning promotions is based completely on merit and the guidelines for making it to the next step are spelled out clearly from the beginning. The best part? The people in my "up-line" all want me to succeed! The Executive Vice Presidents of the company are constantly looking for and coaching new, hardworking, ambitious people to come up and share room at the top.

Cons

For some people, the necessity for hard work is a bit of a roadblock. It's a challenge for sure, but the potential compensation is virtually limitless. It can also be somewhat competitive - not in a bad or cut-throat way, but more of a friendly, work-out mate, kind of way

Pros

- Genistar has taught me that there are smarter ways to make money. If I’m employed I am only ever earning my hourly wage or salary, doesn’t matter if I’m better or worse than my colleagues in my job, we all get paid the same! - I learned about the importance of passive income (google if you don’t know what that is) - Genistar forced me to ask the tough questions that have completely changed my outlook on life and making money. - I saw with my own eyes that the negative people (unsuccessful) complain and use words like “scam, pyramid, too good to be true and it’s because they have this mindset that they are broke and struggling in life!! Open your eyes people!! (I challenge you to look at the financially successful people in the world and show me a time when you heard these words coming out of their mouths.. I would bet a years salary that you can’t!!) - Take the hint!!! - Networking; I met some amazing and highly successful people that I now call my friends!

Cons

Building a team can be a challenge, not because of Genistar but because of the negative mindsets that unfortunately make up the majority of our population.. (there’s a reason why only 1% of the world are highly successful and it’s got very little to do with skills and talent - it’s all to do with mindset and whether or not it’s positive or negative! A little more support in Northern Ireland would go a long way...
