Pros

Excellent culture, great team to work with Healthy product and services portfolio Financially stable, privately owned, no investor pressure Smart, dedicated staff, very low turnover Good pay and benefits Robust industry partnerships

Cons

Company struggles to reach a balance of having enough people working on projects and product development without having too many employees. This is to avoid layoffs during down times, but is challenging during busy times Marketing does not fully support the abundant product line or the opportunities the company could reach
