    2015 is a year for too much changing. Employees cannot focus for work

    Time for management to really lock down all the changes needed, let everyone back to work

    Pros

    Really nice people who work very hard

    Cons

    Leadership is unable to communicate a clear vision by which all employees can chart their paths. Leadership seems disinclined to value you employees as contributors-they view employees as a drain on the P&L. No one is empowered to make real decisions and and the only thing anyone is allowed to own is blame.

    Advice to Management

    Decide on a vision and goal for the business. Pass the vision down through the organization with everyone creating objectives for themselves that would support and further the goal. Hold regular check ups and reviews for each employee according to those objectives and the overall goal. When the goal is achieve, award all employees who met their objectives. Encourage empowerment by trusting your employees to use their expertise, talents, and skills to make decisions that will forward the business goal. Allow people to stretch and give them a chance to for greater opportunities within the organization.

    Pros

    You get an OK salary and you work with professional individuals. Products and brands have a long tradition and the company has a global footprint.

    Cons

    Changing times after the transfer from Philips to Gibson. Very blurred company culture, if still any, with lots of micromanagement, unstructured approach and no growth opportunities.

    Advice to Management

    Define a clear strategy, employees are leaving.

    - no future due to mediocre top-management ( both Gibson Innovations & Gibson Brands)
    on all aspects: Business Know How, HR policies, ...

    Pros

    Great colleagues and co-workers, most are professional in what they do, and they know their stuff

    Cons

    The management, particularly the CEO, fired anyone who don't agree with him. People gets tense and worried if they will be the next one whenever he comes to visit the office.

    Grossly mismanaged this company which could otherwise made a healthy revenue to sustain the business

    Advice to Management

    Henry should be ousted. Period.
