    Great work environment and culture. Well aligned with customer need and opportunity to learn new things. Great co-workers as well.

    Nothing major I can think of, probably the size of the company to retain good talent.

    Flexible timing, easy to reach to Sr management

    Cons

    Too much pressure to middle management, so many expectation, low salary. No appropriate plan while resource are on Pool. Limited growth who have technical aspiration.

    Plan properly before hiring a person and strategy should be in place for pool resource.

    Lack of frameworks and reusable assets is leading to a "staff augmentation" approach to work
    Delivery is inconsistent, not held accountable
