      Pros

      Great company to work for, a breath of fresh air from other employers I have worked for in the past. They are doing the solar industry right.

      Cons

      Grown massively over the past few months, so some growing pains but they are being ironed out quickly.

      Pros

      Fantastic place to work, given all the tools to be successful. Lead quality, company structure and the standing and reputation in the market. You work hard and you'll be rewarded, precisely want you want as a salesperson. Great workplace culture, can't recommend enough. Wish I'd joined sooner.

      Cons

      Little to none. Work from home is a huge advantage, and any cons to that are offset by the ability to go into the office whenever you wish.

      Strong industry presence but poor management communication

      Pros

      Remote working, strong foothold in industry and a relatively good sales model.

      Cons

      Management, some seem to think because of longevity in the company and position they have some ego complexes or even small man syndrome and communication is utterly poor amongst departments to the point you have to consistently chase for changes/ actions.
