Fake website to give you the idea it’s a systematic company. Customer service is good at making customers even angrier, twisting issues, and blaming you instead of admitting the problem.
Cons
Beware when you book online with this so-called transportation company. They designed the system to not allow ticket date changes, and the only way to change it is to cancel the ticket and lose 10% of the amount, then book the new date! Even worse, they don’t clearly show this cancellation fee on their page—it’s hidden somewhere on the website. They know how to manipulate the laws, so even the bank can’t dispute the transaction, nor can Consumer Protection authority support you.
