You get introduced to an industry with nothing but upside.

Cons

This is a very Negative place to work. I've been a professional for 20+ years now and this was by far the worst. This is the definition of a hamster wheel and the sooner you realize it the better. Several employees have quit without other jobs lined up because the place is that bad.

The sales team is babied while other departments fix their mistakes. Leadership is not supportive, and it is a very conservative atmosphere.

none, promises never kept. Mike P talk is all about him. look at any picture of the company posting, it's little Mike front and center. It's all about him. Total ego trip with no experience as a COO

Cons

No benefits, they lie, you pay the full amount to the owner's mom who is getting paid on your healthcare payments. Pay commissions are always late and change with the wind. No training, bunch of old school guys who sell old products. The lie is that the website is "always in stock." They are not updating the website with the actual quantities; we had to lie to the customer we had it. The ie they have a national installer program, they have two techs.
