Pros

All zero never ever tried this company untill you don't have any option

Cons

The biggest problem is the complete lack of trust. You keep referring to what happened with people in the past, but how long will current employees continue to pay for someone else's mistakes? If you cannot trust the people you have hired, then what is the point of hiring them in the first place? And if you have appointed managers and senior staff to handle operations and supervise the ground team, then why are you bypassing them and directly questioning the staff? What exactly is the purpose of keeping highly paid management positions if their decisions, reports, and authority are not trusted? This is not leadership. Leadership is building a structure, trusting it, and holding the right people accountable. Constantly bypassing the chain of command only creates confusion and sends a message that nobody's work or responsibility matters. What is even more disappointing is that there seems to be no respect for genuine hard work. The people who spend their time trying to stay in favor get attention, while those who are actually working on the ground, solving problems, handling guests, and keeping operations running are ignored. You cannot expect loyalty, ownership, and accountability from employees while continuously showing that their effort, honesty, and hard work have no value. Trust and respect go both ways, and right now that balance is completely missing.

Salary parity No professional behaviour Unnecessary pressure even when people know what's happening Always putting blame on mobile developers Biggest cons is unprofessionalism from managers. Don't know how to talk.
