Toxic corporate culture that plays favorites and questionable legal practices. If you value work like balance and fair compensation, this is not the place.

My immediate team and DVM are smart and driven individuals

Cons

Most of what I have experienced with GoodVets is that looks matter more than substance. The clinics are nice and well decorated but corporate does not buy all the supplies, equipment or different medications we need. The salary is a joke, I can barely make it from one check to the next. Selling matters more than staffing appropriately, but I doubt anyone would want to work for less than what an In and Out employee makes.
