No actual training was given. The CEO has a very old fashioned approach that operates more on a fear and telltale culture. Encouraging staff to snitch on others who may be struggling rather than offering help and no one seems to want to talk about it though fear of instant termination. Observed to have a very high turn over rate as staff seem to just be let go whenever they decide without notice. Other seniors, such as the CTO are unfriendly and also don’t seem to offer help. The whole place is a bit dated and dirty, but that’s more due to the cleaners - but it doesn’t help the ant problem. There is no hot water in the building so despite all the Covid posters, you can’t even wash your hands properly.

A CEO that will happily belittle and bully staff in front of the whole company, then wonders why theres such a high staff turnover and member's of management walking out. As long as your on the good side of the directors youll be left alone, but as soon as something goes wrong, you will be blamed rather than helped. The CEO's favourite game is to pit managers and departments against each other so the blame game goes around the company and causes issues between departments. The salaries are disproportionate and leaves many staff members feeling under valued. The "perks" of medical care and trips will used against you if you do something they don't like and when you do leave they will hold these over your head. And dont expect to get your correct wages in your final pay - have a look at the tribunal cases.
