I worked at Graham Partners as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great internship, probably the best learning experience available outside a bulge bracket bank. Very good work flow

    Cons

Low chance of converting to a full time offer due to nature of the business/compared to an investment bank

    Advice to Management

Nothing really. Maybe talk to interns a little more. Overall what you are doing is unique and awesome. Not many funds have intern programs

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Graham Partners as an intern

    Pros

Smaller company with great employees who are always looking to help you, Great internship program that is set up for you to leave with immense amounts of knowledge and a "step up" on most wall-street interns who won't have the hands-on experiences that you get at Graham

    Cons

The location isn't as sexy as working in Manhattan

    Advice to Management

    Higher compensation
