      The HR is really amazing in this company and makes the boarding process really simple

      Cons

      They are expecting you to understand the system within one day, bad treatment from the colleagues who keeps reporting everything you ask to CTO, even if you asked him "How are you" ?

      Pros

      Graphaware is definitely more than a company. It is the perfect place to work and grow professionally. They take care of employees by promoting their work well-being and team building. I personally learned a lot (more than I could have imagined) in my time there and found many interesting and intelligent colleagues and also friends with whom I still keep in touch.

      Cons

      It is sometimes a challenging place where (in terms of work) you have to go beyond your limits. This is not exactly a cons of course. It is just to say that is the right company if you like challenge and feel you want more from your work.
