      There really are no pros for working at this company.

      Cons

      Completely disorganized group of people. Poor and uncaring management which trickles down to bottom line employees and causes lower moral. Upper management only cares about making a sales number in order to receive their large bonuses while bottom rung people get stepped on in the process.
