I worked at Grohe full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

There really are no pros for working at this company.

    Cons

Completely disorganized group of people. Poor and uncaring management which trickles down to bottom line employees and causes lower moral. Upper management only cares about making a sales number in order to receive their large bonuses while bottom rung people get stepped on in the process.

    Advice to Management

Take some training in management skills and start caring for the company and the people running it.

    Pros

They dont having pros may be just one is that you may get salary on time.
Otherwise there isnt any such workjng benefits with the company.

They will treat like a labour to work 24by7

    Advice to Management

Chuck off your middle management managers. They hardly know how to handle teams. Have some training setup so that employee feel confident about products

Being in frames of internal controlling system insist on local market needs at budgeting. Extra cut of the budget may cause the loss of the long term market position.

    Pros

Great company, ambitious with clear targets outlined. People are wonderful both professionally and personally, great team to be a part of!

    Cons

A channel run business and I can understand how this can frustrate certain people, however if you are ambitious, you can succeed here (I have and so have others with clear vision). Career development is not always simply one level up but also sometimes a lateral move. Development is about strengthening your skills and capability not just a job title.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing, your on the right track and making great progress to address the concerns of the past.

I have been working at Grohe full-time

    Pros

A well known company with high quality products and good reputation

    Cons

There is not a positive environment, and not a willing to help attitude from many of the workers. Moreover, there is not a clear definition of the roles of each department.

    Advice to Management

Clarify the roles and responabilities of each department, stablish processes and push team-work and win to win actions.

    Cons

The rithym of innovations launched is faster than what the company actually can handle.

    Advice to Management

Take care of their employees by slowing down just a bit the performance goals.
