      Pros

      The relationship between people inside the company is smooth and warm. Flexible working hours to suit everyone . Opportunities to develop the career path.

      Cons

      Company cannot keep the experienced employees and have to keep hiring new ones. At the same time, new employees couldn't get the proper training to deliver the quality work. Poor management of planning the project and manpower.

      Pros

      you get 120$ for physical activities 2 weeks of vacation but you need to accumulate over the year (they lead you to believe its since the beggining but its not)

      Cons

      there is a lot of backstabbing people bosses are there to boss you around and not really help you MICRO-MANAGEMENT to the TOP no option to grow even tho they say there is, there is not
