      Pros

      The entire Groupsoft team- management, leadership and team members- are extremely supportive. Everyone works collaboratively on all initiatives to deliver the best solutions to our customers. The organization is continuously growing and exploring new solutions and providing relevant trainings to ensure everyone grows together. They are also extremely supportive of individual career goals.

      Cons

      There is always a lot of work to get done, sometimes the workload can be difficult to manage, luckily the team and mangers are understanding and they provide support as needed to get it done.

      Collaboration is the driving force of our "Grow Together" initiatives. As you rightly mentioned we work together and grow together. Our continued focus on niche technologies and subject matter expertise differentiate us with other industry peers. Since we are growing exponentially sometimes team members feel a lot in their plates but we "work hard and party harder ".
