      There are absolutely no pros here

      Cons

      This company is a very bad company to work for. Management has no idea what it is doing and is very unprofessional - expect to be asked to do tasks well outside your skill set and be criticized for not being willing to do so. The CEO is erratic and is very difficult to work with. This is not a place to learn or develop at all, literally anywhere is a better option than here.
