      Fast momentum - cool people - self motivated attitude - everyone are their own manager - fun to work with known licenses and retail stores

      Cons

      For a new person in NYC - it can get expensive but you have to grind it out until you make NYC salary

      The salary is good. There's free coffee.

      Cons

      Everyone is rude. Constant revolving door. Expected to stay late to compensate for extremely last minute requests. Higher ups are constantly on vacation and showing off their wealth. Everyone for themselves. People have been demeaned and made to cry in front of teams. Very manipulative higher ups who only like minions. Only suck-ups succeed, doesn't matter how bad they are. No benefits.

      Free coffee, summer fridays, nice office/equipment.

      Cons

      Lots of forced unpaid mandatory jewish holidays off, no raises or room for advancement, sexist atmosphere toward non-Jewish males, CEO likes to "hug" the women staff daily, shady place in general.
