The company is ran on old stock taking systems and even older thought process. Throughout my time at the company any suggestion of refining an old process was batted away with "this has to be done in this way because of this antiquated system" which repeatedly slowed down everyone's job and made the job harder, this isn't taken into consideration if you're slower at this job because of these issues where you'll inevitably be blamed for the shortfall in your performance.

Atmosphere has taken a nose dive recently. Everyone abandoning ship. Long term staff look like they've gotten wise and left, leaving inexperienced staff to hold the fort. Some managers seem to be favoured over others despite not being very good/repeatably making mistakes. Other managers appear to do nothing other than arrange meetings. Used to have a handful of free drinks at parties but stingy management now limit it to one drink for some reason. The parties, which used to be a highlight of working here, are now just an addition to the long running joke that is h2e.
