      Low Pay, Mandatory 8am-5pm, Creepy CEO

      Pros

      -They did pay me on time -Free coffee -Building is nice

      Cons

      -Extremely low pay across the board while the CEO flaunts his Lamborghini & Ferrari. -I took the job because I was un-employed, so I was forced to take a very low salary. They offered me $1k more than my previous position and were hesitant to do so. -Paranoid work environment, due to high turnover. They fire people in bulk. -Unnecessary happy hours that could be applied to salaries. -Worst benefits I’ve ever seen in the DC area. -Mandatory 8am-5pm even if you are a senior person -NO TELEWORKING -Odd CEO, he smokes cigars all day, looks at you weird, cusses out employees

      Pros

      Local staff and a few at other locations were wonderful to work with very dedicated to completing the job.

      Cons

      Upper management created hostile work environment and higher management repeatedly did not correct. HR unsupportive; had to continually ask for benefits information, how to access pay and then when they changed health benefit program and 401k had to ask again for information and access instructions. When leaving no out-processing or information given on benefits.

      Pros

      There are none. Any talent that wanders in this pit stop won't stick around long.

      Cons

      Culture of blame. Hard set hours (8-5??? this is Northern VA). Low pay. High turnover. Rude / arrogant ownership. Low employee morale. Discrimination. Hostile work environment. No guidance.
